Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Processing Time: All orders for CELLFRONT UA.01 are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Fulfillment Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or observed holidays.

• High-Volume Allotments: During periods of high demand or new batch releases (e.g., Batch UA01-1710), processing may take an additional 24–48 hours. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days after processing.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or seasonal factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of generation.

4. Geographic Constraints

• Domestic: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

• International: International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Damages & Integrity Issues

Cellular Frontier Labs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers' experience. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at support@cellularfrontierlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim with the carrier.
