Subscription Management
- Total Control: You can skip, pause, or reschedule your upcoming UA.01 delivery at any time through your Customer Portal.
- No Long-Term Commitments:Â We believe in the science of habit, but we don't believe in trapping customers; cancel your subscription whenever you choose with no hidden fees.
- Management Link:Â To make changes, simply log in to your account via the "Person" icon in the header or click the "Manage Subscription" link found in your original confirmation email.
- Reminder Alerts: We will send you an email 3 days before your next order processes to ensure you’re ready for your next shipment.
Return Policy
- The 30-Day Guarantee:Â We stand by the efficacy of our formulas. If you are not satisfied with your first bottle of UA.01, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
- Unopened Items:Â Any unopened bottles from subsequent orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
